My friend is lookink for:
IR laser. Such as an OTAL or PEQ4. ( I have no idea what he is talking about ) any help here ??

Dunno what the hell those part numbers are but I can sell an IR laser of just about any type from 5mw to 30 watts or more.
Some more info perhaps.

They are talking about laser sights for weapons, in this case IR for area illumination or target acquisition using NODS.
