WTB: High power 808nm Diode

I'm looking to replace my old green laser with a high powered Ir Diode so i have a really powerful burning laser. Looking for high powers of 500mw Minimum. Looking for a C-mount diode.

i have few ir diodes from few working green lasers or i have the ir diodes from lpc-815 sleds ?

I don't know of anything over 500mW that comes in a 5.6mm can, but I could be wrong. The 500mW 5.6mm diodes are multimode though, so you'll have trouble with getting a good focus.

You will not get any 808nm 5.6mm diodes over 300 or so mw... More powerful pointers use a 9mm can or possibly C-mounts...
