WTB - BR LD in Aixis 200mW w/Flexdrive

I have a nice host machined on my lathe. I need to put a high output B-ray together. Looking for the high output blu-ray paired with the flexdrive set for 200mw output. Second choice 650nm at 300mw w/flexdrive. New LD's already installed in Aixis/tested
At a nice low price that I can't refuse.

Just the Aixis module with ggw b-ray LD 200mw installed and hooked up to the flexdrive or the same with 300mw red.
