WTB: Blu ray PHR-803T module, Or complete blu ray

I don't have lots of money, but with what i have im going to buy lasers with it.
So im looking for either a pre-built PHR-803T diode with a driver in a module so all i go to do is hook a battery to it and BAM !
Power would need to be at least 120mw~

OR ----

A already made blu ray laser around 110mw-140mw preferred. Please post any offers.
I live in the usa, so please only us sellers, sorry.

I am unofficially selling them to some of my old customers, ebay ( although i think i'm done with ebay - hate it)and occasionally through forum request.

Still just fun, but lately i'm short on $$ so...
