Wanted to Buy: 980nm IR laser - 150+ mW

Laser can be nearly any size or configuration, preferably 150mW+ (the higher the better), and preferably heat-sinked to operate at 100% duty cycle, although I can add this myself if necessary. IR at 980nm. Please PM me.
