WTB: 532nm module or Lab unit: 150mw-500mw

As title suggests, it is time I get a green for my scanner.

I have considered getting a 150mw module from Lazerer for $60 and have already made the analog driver myself but would rather check here first for anyone who can give me a good deal.

You can let me know about your assembled labbies but I think modules will be more worthwhile for the seller w.r.t. what I am willing to pay.
If you have labbies with broken drivers, I might be interested if you can prove to me that the actual pump diode and crystal set is still working independently.

So if anyone reputable wants to sell me a 150mw-400mw plain module, let me know

The 400mw one should be 175$ shipped.
They are the large 22mm sizes ones so they are very nice.
