WTB: 300mW+ red burner

I want to buy a >300mW red burning laser with a decent heat sync with a click on/off button switch. I don't care about the size of the host as long as it can fit in my pocket. it can be a flash light or whatever else. I'm on a limited budget so nothing fancy. can anyone build one for me?
