[WTB] >1W 445nm Handheld ~$150 - US ONLY

Hey guys, I'm really looking for a >1W blue laser pointer for about $150. Any host will do, but I do fancy waterproof (not a must what-so-ever, but still a plus) also, I need batteries, a charger and goggles.
I have seen most of the current 'For Sale' offers in this section, so unless it is a new post, please do not link me to any old offers. I also do not want any offers not from the USA, so it can get here quick and without hassle.
Finally, I want to make the purchase before the end of the week, which means you gotta be able to answer my PM's. I may also give you my email if you would like.

then simply solder leads to driver and assemble

Or you can pm garoq and see if they still offer the 445nm bundle kit for LPF members for $140.
