WTB: 15/32" Drill bit

Does anyone know where i can purchase a cheap 15/32" (11.9063mm) drill bit? I would like to drill through a few aluminum or copper heatsinks and mount in some aixis modules.

mcmaster.com will have a reasonably priced bit, but I dunno how much shipping will be tacked on top.
