WTB: 100mw Green PEN LASER MODULE ONLY

I want a more powerful laser in my Diy scanner as its only 50mw green at the moment.
if anybody has and 100mw or close or over,please tell me and make me a offer. Thanks

I trust her on the modules, but not the lasers.
And i dont see where the prices are for a high powered module ??
