Would you buy quality, used Li-Ion batteries?

So I'm done removing the cells from the packs I already brought home. I have about 180, about 15 of which have their plastic wrapper falling off which should hopefully be an easy fix.

Cells that still need the sharp edges removed.

Cells with the sharp spots removed.

Bad cells.

I picked up one of these. I like that it will charge normal AA and AAA batteries and stuff like 18650s. I don't have 32650s anymore. It will supposedly work with them though. I'm just not sure how well they would fit with batteries in the middle 2 bays. It seems to work well so far. I'll do some comparisons to see what it says for capacity vs the discharger that has been linked from feebay.
