Will O-like ship to me?

I am aware that the United States has a policy against shipping laser modules over 5mW (which is basically all) into the US. However, I am looking at buying just a diode from O-like. It is the 500mW 808nm 5.6mm diode. considering that this is in no way a complete module, will this item be able to clear the United States customs?

You will be fine just buying a diode. Even a laser you will be fine in most cases. But there is always a chance of the laser getting snatches.

You should have no problems with diodes.:beer:
