as all of you who have already seen this video, you know that it was posted and created by me. and after some RANDOM guy posted a freaking comment saying his name and that the video was his, the video was transfered from my account to his. If they do not fix this i can and WILL take legal action. I might not even get my dam money
 
Sue them for sexual harassment.

Yeah, some French douchebag hijacked my Pulsar 125 video test on YouTube the first day I posted it, then linked it to a page of links probably full of malware and spambots. >:( I objected to YouTube but they want you to jump through hoops just to file a complaint, so I gave up and just commented on his version of my vid that it was stolen. It's a lawless friggin' world out there...

I would be doubly pissed if I lost out on money, so I really feel for you bobobob121. It felt like a violation enough as it is that this dick was posting my work like it was his, getting conned out of cash as well would have made me want to go medieval on his ass.

thanks for all the support guys. what the guy did was simply transcode the video to a .mov file and say that he has the original. i hate it when BS like this happens
 
i don't think i need to, they sent me the papers i need to sign to get my money in an email. im going to sign them and send them in to see what happens ;D
 
Good, And if they don't give you your money, send them angry emails and phone them until they do.
 
The thief is called "NoMorals" and uploaded 17 videos in the space of MINUTES. He registered today. What an arsehole.
 
i have an idea: make a new vid of you doing your trick and do a little speech about your first vid being jacked and prove that you are who you claim to be.
