Wicked Laser report - 10/17/11

I checked out some videos and it seems that they have over-estimated the power on wicked laser's site.

All of the models on the WL web site have a specifications page that show the minimum and maximum power specifications. In the S3 Arctic, it shows 500 mW minimum and 1W maximum. I'm ok if mine falls in the middle at 750mW-ish range, I made an informed purchase decision before buying.

I'll repeat my offer again to anyone in the Baltimore/Washington/Philadelphia corridor with a LPM, I'll meet you somewhere public and we can test this S3 and will document the output for the site.

I have the Arctic as well. It burns CD cases in 5 seconds consistently. I must've made almost 30 holes and still same result. With the cutting lens, it's 1.5 seconds to punch a hole.

Hahahahaha. I really would like to get an exact copy of the S3 host. I know the rifle that lazerer sells is close but it's smaller. I wonder if I can find a broken S3 on ebay?
