Wicked Fast Thread Renaming Tip

I stumbled on this entirely by mistake. Maybe everyone has known about this but me. If not, here's a quick video to illustrate the tip - you can't tell, but what I'm doing is "double-clicking". Very WEB 2.0!

I tried this by double clicking on one of my Thread
titles...
For about 1 second I see the same highlighted
title and can just get my cursor on the Title bar
when it automatically jumps to that Thread.
I can't edit my title in ~1 second...:undecided:

Don't double click the link - just the box it's in.

Actually, it was there ever since Avery fixed the issue where thread titles weren't able to be modified. I made a tutorial with images on how to edit thread titles like this, but it seems to have drowned in the deep LPF

Is this broken again? I tried to mark a "for sale" thread as "sold". Advanced edit allows me to change the title, but it doesn't show up in the thread listings. I've tried all manner of double-clicking, watched the video about 5 times, nothing seems to work.

It is because the 1st Post is too old.. Only recently opened
Threads can have their Titles modified... Not sure what the
exact time frame is but it has happened to me as well..
