The Wicked Laser Spyder III 100mW for 497$ (Green Laser Pointer from Wicked Lasers - Spyder III Pro)
or
The LaserGlow Aries-200 200mW for 589$

I would go with the Aries. Have you read the green laser buyers guide? Its pretty informative and alot of people have posted their experiances with different companies.
