Why wont my profile picture show up?

I have uploaded the photo a dozen times at different sizes and even tried to link to the photo hosted online.

The photo is within the size constraints and its a jpeg.... help?

I didnt have any problems with my previous pictures on my old account

Your profile picture does show up. Perhaps you're trying to modify your avatar, which is the icon under a username. There is a setting for that in the User CP.
