who can build a 1 watt 445nm module, cost

I want to but a 1 watt 445nm module with a glass lens and have 2 wires comming out the back for a power supply. Who can build this module and how much? I have a valid paypal account for payment. This shouldn't cost what the Artic 3 cost from wicked lasers but a little less...no host just a working module and have it tested before shipping. THANKS.
