50mW is usually about 70mW measured with LPM which is plenty of power for what you are looking for.
Batteries are crappy , charger even worse, but for the price is what you get. I do not order batteries from them, nor charger.
Buy Laser Protection Goggles ! - make sure they are for 532nm Green Laser.
