Which diode

I want to make a red handheld laser to burn stuff, in the 200 to 300mw range, but I cant decide which diode to pick from. I am planning to use a flex drive in a MDXL or similar host, with an aixiz module.

Maybe from LPC-815 sled? I believe it would be the best choose.

It's the standard hi-power red (I think the only other option is the LCC from the GGW sleds, for which very little data is available so far AFAIK). Typical current is 420mA, which gives around 250mW with the standard Aixiz acrylic lens (back opened). Use the Virtualvillage AR coated acrylic for +10% or Jayrobs Meredith lens for +20%.

That sounds pretty much what i need. Ill have to look into those lens options, sounds like a pretty decent boost in power.
