Which Batteries + Charger to Use.

I am building a Dorcy Jr. Blu-Ray laser using this guide:

So I will be using a FlexiDrive from Dr Lava at 110mA, while using the flashlight as a host.
Now, I noticed that the Dorcy seems to take 3.0 volt Cr123. Does this mean that I should not use 3.6 volt Cr123?

So any suggestions for a specific battery ( From Dx or whatever) would be nice

As far as chargers, I am looking for one to charge whichever batteries I need, but has some sort of Auto-Off feature to prevent overcharging my batteries.

just use the 3.0v batt that comes with the dorcy jr or any other 3.0v cr123 batt
