Which 808nm laser module?

I'm currently looking at this from eBay : Aixiz 808nm 1200mW laser module for 305 USD$ which has a pretty good $/mw ratio.

Any other suggestions in that price range?

They have a 2W module on their site that goes for $455 I believe.

Haha indeed! Finally I went with a Coherent FAP800-40W-808nm module I got from eBay.

Now I'm searching for a cooling system and a suitable power supply to give it's 50 or so Amps at 2.2v....
