Just be aware that most lithium based batteries are not leving HK/China right now due to their new regulations, which totally sucks. Just buy somewhere else.

Just got a ton (about 50) lithium batteries from fasttech through HK post & USPS in the normal 2.5 weeks, despite all warnings from their website.
Fasttech just wrapped all the batteries in aluminum foil

Philippines. It wasn't a loss at all since I got refunded. Maybe yours got through because you ordered a whole lot of them and the people scanning the packages may have confused it for something else.
