I doubt it, people who would charge $40 for a "decent" host are not likely to provide value for the dollar.

Based on my host from a dollar store and a few minutes at a lathe, I feel perfectly qualified to lecture Jayrob on host quality.

If you can't find anything, you can always settle for a 200mw red pulsar executive from wickedlasers.....
Maybe it will be over spec (like they used to be before the arctic came out)
Plus, they really are good, solid, high quality lasers....
