When it says lasers are "focusable"

Does that mean it can go from 1mw to Xmw? (whatever it's strongest capacity is)

IF NOT --- Can you buy lasers that can be changed from low levels of power to high ones?

IF SO--- where?

it means you can focus the beam to a point. it doesnt effect the power at all.
adjustable ones are probably way more than you want to spend
