whats reasonable wholesale pricing on 635nm diodes and others?

Hi, I have a chance to get wholesale pricing on larger amounts of Laser Diodes

I'm wondering, though, what is a reasonable price for even small quantities,
like 10 piece, or even 100 ... then 1000 and 3000 ... etc...,
for 635nm @ 30mW TO18 (single mode) w/ PD -
- and 635nm @ 300mW TO18 Multi-Mode(5.6mm) no PD
also, for 500mW TO3 635nm & 808nm 1watt TO5 (9mm) / 5watt 808nm TO3

I'm trying to make sure manufacturers aren't screwing me, ...
and I don't want to constantly shop on eBay ... for better pricing.

I think those went for ~20$us recently on ebay, but are currently sold out, so at this
price, people will probably rip them out of your hands fast.

I think there was a group buy over at the Photonlexicon for those, I don't quite remember
the price, but it was definitely 100~200$us

going by your help, I'm getting a decent price on the 300mW 635nm TO18 (5mm case), but not on the others, I'm still waiting for more quotes from the manufactures, but most of them require 3000 piece purchase on one part#,
to get lower pricing.

I can do that, but have to select carefully and need to know what the most
popular nm and mW diodes are, and offer it here at a discount greater than eBay.

If I can get feedback from the members here, (in this thread) I have a chance
to become a distributor for some of these manufacures, and this forum can
have a chance to get "fancy" diodes for a really nice price, with quantity
purchase discounts available too !

Maybe I should start a poll asking each what nM and mW diodes they want
most, but couldn't get 'cause they were too expensive for them.
