If I took the stock arctic battery and swapped it for 2 cr123 batteries?
the stocker is like 4.7v and the 2 cr123's would be 6v.
Would it blow the driver?

The Stock Battery fully charged is 4.2Volts
2pc CR123 will be 7.2 Volts Fully Charged...

You'd be going 1.8V over the recommended voltage for this laser. you probably should just stick to Li-Ion 18650's.

What would happen?

The increased voltage going into the driver, and subsiquently, the diode, would increase the power output exponentially. When turned on, the Laser would set the air on fire, creating a plasma stream that would in turn set the local atmosphear on fire and create a wormhole into a alternate relaity. Everything in the local vasinity would get sucked into the event horizon of the wormhole and tranported to the otherside, where matter would re-intigrate into it's prevous form, crushing the matter that was already there. Subsiquently this would create a paradox because it would destroy the other "you" on the other side, creating a unequal balances between dimentions. Then the Entire universe would be destroyed.

Sorry, crushing is not the correct term. The word crush would supposed that the matter is materialize on top of the alternate matter, then dropped. Since the matter in the original reality will be transported to the same state in the alternate reality, Nutron's law of wormhole physics dictate that the 2 matter states will exist in the same space at the same time. This will then result in a quantum state, which will result in the destruction of the alternate matter to allow the new matter to re-integrate. Since mater can not be created or destroyed the alternate matter will be transpored not my desk, and then I'll be a free arctic...
