If i had to choose, O-like would be my choice out of them options, not the best lasers but they have a decent rep and a decent product.

I don't know laser laws in you country, but I would stick around and check some of the sales here with lasers made by the best handheld diy laser folks I have ever seen.

I have no clue about budgetgadgets, but if you use search I am sure this forum has info on them.

Also if you like red, a new-ish red diode is out, the lasers made with it have more power and a way brighter beam, they cost more and the multimode dot is kinda odd, even if your used to the monsters we use for blue the a130 a140 and m140. Sales on this forum with such diode in the laser happen on this forum quite a bit.

if you really want to burn most lasers over 200mw will burn ok , but the x12 blue ray diode 405nm is a very strong burner and at 400mw burns as good as a 1w 445nm imho they have a nice dot and a hard to see for some purple beam.
have fun and good luck on whatever you choose! oh ya make sure you get some laser goggles for whatever wavelength of light you choose. A burning laser will do the same to you eyeballs.

yes the 250mw cute should be able to light a firecracker to answer you question. Plus according to the name its cute so you can snuggle with it.

O-like took that geeky looking hottie off there web page so they are dead to me now, but I was just going off the reviews of that laser. I have seen a few and feel confident it would be close if not up to spec, and their is the fact I got tons of lr cr lcr 132s and no lr2,

I have never heard of the other company and a search turned up a discount code and that's about it.

but its up to him your right.

Is it better 405nm laser ? but I was told that badly burned from a "long" distance

Ya I've only heard of that other company once before.
Well he'll get what he likes best

the distance for a 405nm laser is about 10' for most things and I would say you could pop balloons 25-30' maybe (I don't do balloons) with it from quite a distance, but that's a semi pricey diode, it is from a 12x blue ray sled.

As far as handheld's go, it is considered one of the best for burning, and you can use them to make certain objects glow with Phosphorescence and Fluorescence, the beam has a very good dot.

However a 405nm laser at 700mw is a danger, the beam to most looks a dim violet, kinda like a black light, it could blind you before you blink or look away, if you do decide to get a laser for burning esp a 405nm I cannot stress the importance of laser safety and proper laser eye-wear.

A 200mw laser of any kind focused should burn things at close range though to be honest. The more power the better burning but the higher cost and risk.
