Hello.

I love electronic stuff and my first hobby ever was lasers. I love the satisfaction of building something myself and then that it works and is so cool.. A month ago I got into R/C stuff and I'm currently reading to make something myself and I love my remote controlled stuff.. And I guess that is my destiny. Since I was six, I have always wondered how R/C stuff works.. But my questkon is - what other hobbies rather inexpensive are there that a guy like me might like? I'm like inside 15hrs of the day, which of some minutes go to lasers and some to R/C but I want more in my life.. Since I started with hobbies I feel more happy.. Before I felt that something was missing in my life.. Now it feels as if that thing is much smaller.

Guns, knifes, flashlights etc. are also things that interest me but I don't know at what forums to start And do you have tips on a good R/C forum?

I just want to fill my deadtime with something to do and something to feel good over rather then browsing the web all day.. And since I bought my rc airplane I go out half an hour everyday.. Before i only went out when I was forced to, buying food or whatever. So yeah; my life is a lot better and I need tips.

Thanks.

Have you thought about taking R/C tot he next level and getting involved with Amateur Radio? The technical aspect alone in Ham is tremendous and can keep you busy for a lifetime between all the learning, experimenting, and designing. Also, light (laser) is a registered band for Ham communications, hehe. Plus, there is always getting on the air and talking to like-minded people across the globe.

Yes HAM radio is the way to go if your electronically inclined.
They can do some pretty cool stuff, they can even bounce signals off the moon :D

Have you ever thought about getting a quad :thinking
The outdoors can really be a lot of fun :D

So is that you taking the picture or you taking the picture of the guy taking a picture. :)

I can almost make out the id, but it's just a bit too fuzzy to make out the letters.

Yeah sure... ;) The game is down below... by the angle of that lens, it looks more like you are taking photos of the hot chicks in the stands.

Had to find a friend's section so that I could run up and get a lens from him to shoot with. Also, pregame crowd shots. :p

I would say its nice to put a face to the name, but yours is hiding behind a huge lens.

Hmm...now I think I know who I'm going to hit up for advice on how to use this darn Canon T2I. ;)

Back on topic, I really don't have any hobbies apart from the obvious one. Most of my spare time is taken up tring to keep on top of my diabetes and other health issues.

If you're old enough, you can spend lots of time at the shooting range. Learning your way around a variety of firearms, and gaining experience with them is a valuable skill to pick up.

DIY LCD VIDEO Projectors..
Use a regular Overhead Projector, Put a LCD panel, Light that thing up and see the magic :P ..Thats the olden days saying..
but it is improved alot since the high contrast HD lcd's came in
, im into making a diy lcd projector lately, and the results are extraordinary!
