What is the power level?

The Bluray reading-laser in a BLuray player is actually outputing how many mW? And in a writer device, what is the output power?

And how do these power levels compare to the red reading-laser in a DVD player and red writing-laser in a DVD burner, or the IR reading-laser in a CD player and the IR writing-laser in a CD burner?

I was expecting a dragonball reference here--

and adding to the above, every machine is different. it depends on the machine, the diode in the machine, and the differences between some diodes (some are more or less efficient)
But that chart should explain with some google searches on your machines diodes.
