what heatsink should I use

I bought an O-like heatsink to use in mi 445 build but its a very loos fit

Neither will be suitable on their own. You need a module, (both of the ones you mention are modules, not heatsinks), and install it in a heatsink. For 445s at any significant output they will not dissipate heat quickly enough. Even with a fan.

Look at Jayrob's kits, for handhelds, or Flaminpyro's products, (he also does labby style sinks), for easy to see examples of proper heatsinks.
