What do you guys think of this 200mw green?

As it was told

Working Current¡GI<250mA

It means that power of 808 diode is about 200mW, so you will propably get hmmm. let's say 20-30mW of clear green light.

You could get at least 60mW from a 200mW pump.[/quote]

Yeah, adding to that output power the IR light I would aggree.

I was with friend testing several modules/pointers, friend had 2x 100mW green (real green power) laser module, each pumped by at least 1W diode.
And the green laser pointers claimed to be from 5mW to 100mW always had the same diode in them of power 200mW but just set different values of current of course.

5mW one, was putting out that 5mW of green + some IR.
100mW was putting out about 20mW of green + rest which is 80mW of IR.

It is amazing how much dpss technology has improved over the last few years, in 2006 I was happy to be able to get 10mw out of a 200mw pump (and paid $30 for that), but this year I think even 50mw is a little low (I have a ledshoppe green putting out 65mw at 250ma that I paid $25 shipped for!).  It wouldn't surprise me if its possible to get 200mw out of a diode running at 250mw, but i would expect closer to 100 unless the diode is being overdriven (at 350ma my ledshoppes put out well over 100mw).
