What do the blu-ray burners put out?

Does anyone have a spec sheet on the blu-ray burner diodes?

I saw a video of a guy lighting a match with a blu-ray. What current do they accept? What mW do they put out?

I should probably clarify: What do they run RELIABLY with no significant heat sinking?

Not sure of the burning diode line, but I believe someone was able to burn a match with a Blu-ray reader diode by overdriving the crap outa it. With the juice he was running through it I wouldn't expect it to live any sort of normal life span.

I'm specifically referring to this guy:

(can't post a link yet, but youtube this) watch?v=CQnE1BkZAW4

I didn't think even the burners reliably did that. That's why I wanted a spec sheet for the burner diodes.

I have also heard that 4x burners go up to 250mW.Though I am having a hard time finding a spec sheet.
