What diode is this?

It is a combined IR+red reader diode. Picture of pinout:

The combined red/IR diode in the PHR-815 sled is 40mW max. Most of the ones I have tested are around 25-30mW.
Also the diode's beam profile is not like most reds. I don't know what is different but it is. IE: worthless
Toss it in the trash after you practiced harvesting and removing the conductive ribbon.
