I made a 2w 445nm laser...
what class is it?

i need a really fancy, but accurate name for my laser.

i think its class 4 laser..

so something like "high intensity class 4 laser"

Your laser is indeed class 4, both on the new system and the old system.

I think the warning labels for class 4's read:

LASER RADIATION
AVOID EYE OR SKIN EXPOSURE TO
DIRECT OR SCATTERED RADIATION
CLASS 4 LASER PRODUCT
