What are some good books you've read?

M.E.G. by steve alten. And Jurassic Park and Lost world by Michael Crichton. I liked these stories because the different views on evolution and not far from reality bio engineering of organisms and the catastrophic results on foolish human attempts to control what was never meant to be controlled.

Currently reading Peter Hamilton, Judas Unchained. Not a super read, but definitely a very good one.
 
The best book in a while is "Walking The Amazon" - about a guy who walked from the West of South America, went in to the Andes to find the source of the AMazon, then walked unassisted through the rainforest to the Atlantic. EPIC. Took him years
