Purchased their flagship model 7.5watt Blue laser they sent me the wrong model. And ended up returning it back to them and paying shipping cost. Have yet to receive my $700 Blue Laser from them back! Will be pursuing legal action!!

I totally understand how mad you are.. $700 is no joke but I can't find a laser on their site that cost that much except the RGB units.

Opening a membership here just to cut them down on your first post isn't well liked at least to me and probably a few others.
Look at other threads about issues with Sanwu. For some reason they ship the wrong laser out once in a while.
Charging you shipping for returning the wrong laser is not right. They will most likely credit you that money as its possibly automaticly generated when a return happens.

How long has it been? Give us that info. China shipping is slow and they screen just about everything.
When you do get the laser you ordered, you will be impressed.
