Don't know how strict your demands are, but computer PSU's are great for such requirements.

Just jump or ground the 2 wires and you have a 10+ amp 12v line as well as a few others.

Grab a PSU out of a low form factor box. I've got 200 watt ATX PSUs that are less than 10cm[sup]3[/sup].

2.5 cm wider than what you are looking for, but should do the trick, it is 10cmx12.5cmx7.5cm, and it provides a healthy 10amps on the 12v line.
