Want to get a laser pointer...

I would like to buy a green laser pointer. Something powerful, not not super heavy duty.

I was googling around, and I found this one (and according to you guys, they will ship to the US)

405nm (Blu-Ray) has the most burning power of the three most common types hobbyists use. (650, 532, 405nm)
This is due to the shorter wavelength of the 405.
If you do stick with green, you can do better then this one.

Mine measures at 67mW and because it uses rechargeable CR2 batteries instead of AAA's, you can save money by recharging instead of buying batteries every day or so. Also the CR2's can deliver more mAh then AAA's

If you just want a really bright laser, a 50mW greenie from LEDshoppe is the way to go. Don't expect a lot of burning tricks with 50mW though, but for the price it can't be beat.

wlaser 50mw torch wat over spec. tested 4 they all hit 75 to 90 mw...burn great...35.00 or 40.00 i believe 2/3 day shipping...led shoppe does carry that great 50mw pen for 24.00 2 week shipping tho
