Hey guys, i want to buy a green laser, but i don't know which one to get. I want a laser that is extremely visible during day/night, but burning capability doesn't matter. I would prefer if the laser was from Dealextreme, but if not thats okay, and around the $60 range.

Thanks

Pretty much all green lasers are visible at night; even a lowly 5mw. As for "extremely visible in the day", you're looking at 300-500mW minimum; even then, it's just visible. You won't get anything in that range for $60. If you can do without the visiblilty in the daytime criteria, nearly every DX greenie will suffice.

You are looking for a 100mW laser. Check out O-like.com if you are on a budget. O-like service is better than DX. Also, the products are generally superior and more consistent in quality. And shipping is faster too.
If you are looking for something of higher quality, try Novalasers or Dragonlasers.
90-110mW of green will be very bright at night and will have average burning capabilities. The "spot" will be noticeable for at least 150 yards outside in indirect sunlight.

Extremely visible in daytime is not even achieved with several W of green. Highly visible is achieved at night with something like a 50mW greenie. Just buy one from DX or Ledshoppe (I recommend LS more than DX). Here are some discount coupons for LS:

If they don't work any more you can search for updated ones on Coupon codes and discounts for 40,000 online stores! RetailMeNot.com

My PGL begs to differ.
650mW of green is bright as hell. The termination point of the beam can be seen for hundreds of meters even in the day.

Do you want an extremely visible spot or an extremely visible beam?

An extremely visible spot is easily achievable, even in daylight, but you're not going to get an extremely visible beam in daylight for any price.

RA_pierce, with my post I assumed he wanted an extremely visible beam. If he just wants a very visible dot in daytime 100mW will do more than fine!

I recommend THIS. It's a 50mW greenie from Ledshoppe. The beam is visible during the day, but only slightly. No laser will give you an "extremely visible" beam in daylight. Sorry.
However, this is easily one of the best beam lasers for under $30. I know your limit is $60, but why spend more than you need to?
