I made something like this with my Ebay blu-ray by simply attaching a 25x spotting scope lens to it. It can smoke pretty much anything except for white paper(yet it burns white colored walls) and I got it to light a white colored match in a few seconds of steady holding(hard to do since you have to hold the switch on)
