very low voltage cutoff circuit, help me pls!

Ok so I am trying to design a circuit that controls an LED, and I need a way to disable the circuit if a voltage spike happens. The problem is I cant find an MCB that goes down to 0.1amps lol, the LED needs to remain active until the voltage running to it spikes by say 10%. Anyone have any ideas, currently it is theory until i can get the parts togther so ideas are useful.

OK sortof, but can I reset those? And they just protect against a voltage surge and then flow resumes, correct? Really I am after an MCB style thing that shuts the circuit down, not a rectifier to stop damage or back flow.
 
With the very minimal info (Voltages.. Amperages... Loading...
Timing.. etc.) that you supplied it seems you need a simple
latch circuit.

I assume the input pulse is momentary...

I just tested a 2 transistor latch circuit and it works just fine
to Latch "ON" an LED. You can invert the output to Latch "OFF"
a circuit instead..

A N.C. Push button resets the circuit.

WOW.. erm, k. It looks awesome lol. Not too hot with electronics, but I will try that out ty.
Tbf as yet idk the voltages or loads I will be working with, as I said, its all theory atm.

I get it but we try to not use texting slang every few words..

Another way to do it with a lot less electronics is to train a monkey
to pull a switch when he hears a gong.
Then all you need to do is mount a gong on the player...

Different gong sounds and only one monkey per type of gong sound..
or Train the same monkey to pull different switches depending on
the gong sound he hears...:eg:

-And I like that idea, it does not involve lithiums but I do hear monkeys can be quite volatile as well, especially if u try and over charge them via a wall socket ;)
