I love DX now, I had your idea, no evidence, no go. but DX agreed to send me my stuff If i place a new order, and they would send it with that order! YAY!!!

well, that takes care of that, and 2 thumbs up to DX CS!!!

Wow! Now that's extremely surprising, but also extremely good news! If they follow through with that, it'll be the first time I've seen any company act in a pro-consumer fashion in a very long time. Best of luck, and please let me know how it turns out!
