Regarding your mis-shipped package, did you ship with insured delivery signature confirmation?

Hrmm... I've never seen that before with tracking, I think they will fix it though since it's on their end with Amazon & not on the buyers end (you). My guess is you'll have to wait an extra day or so if your package was lost, damaged, stolen in transit or sucked up in a hurricane(?) Not your fault but it does happen.... Keep all your receipts/paperwork from this transaction in case you may need them & keep an eye on that tracking number :beer:

They just probably sent it to the wrong sorting facility. At least they know where it is.
