Userbars....how to get and how o use?

I've noticed that some people have these neat Laser Userbars in their Signagure lines...
How do you get/use these???

Also anyone have a link to some cool animated avitars? Laser related is a huge +??
Who is it... Ericcab (??) that has the attack of the bunnies animated avitar??

That is right down my alley...gotta find something like that!!!!

just search "userbar maker" in google, you can make your own! or you can just use some ready made ones. the moving avatars are called "animated GIF's", you should find loads of info on google!

You could make your own animated GIFs with some free programs out there too

i have tried making animated GIF's but i haven't succeded, apart from a little stick figure animation.
