UPS Commercial invoice mssing and required for export?

I ordered an x100 from NOVAlasers in Canada and it has shipped on monday. But now the UPS tracking status says "commercial invoice is missing and required for export". So I emailed nova saying they need to fill out a commercial invoice and they have not responded yet. Is there anything wrong here, or anything I can do? Thanks.
 





Most of Canada was closed from Friday to Monday inclusively
for the Easter Weekend...
Try them again today....

ok thanks. I have not heard back from nova yet but it seems like nova forgot to include the commercial invoice for the International shipment. UPS told me over the phone that the package is being held in a facility in Canada until UPS receives the commercial invoice. By the way, this is the second time in a row that I got screwed by Novalasers. The first time was the x125 and when I got it it was defective. It would not turn on. And now this. So much for the good reputation nova has according to members of this forum.
 
Tell Nova Lasers that you are a member on LPF and every time you
have a problem buying from them.... You will post it here for all the
members to see...

You will be surprised at how fast the problems will be remedied...:whistle:
No Seller wants bad advertising....:cool:
