Folks:
First of all, these lasers would be used in my home made jewelry. I made jewelry out of stainless steel silverware, bicycle parts, glass, quartz crystals, and other materials; much of it is recycled.
Here is a picture of me wearing a home made necklace and belt:
Here is a piece of jewelry that has quartz crystals:
I am hoping that I can find laser diodes in at least red, blue, and green. I see laser pointers advertised here in those three colors, so I am guessing that I should be able to get low power diodes in those colors.
I looked at wicked lasers, but it seems to me that they have a bias toward higher power lasers.
In fact, most of the advertisers seem to prefer higher power units. For example, this Viasho ad that I see here has nothing but those laser with a box with a key switch, which means that they are over 5 mw.
By the way, if you want to see more of my work, I have a journal at
Mark Allyn Artistic Journal.
If you are in the Portland, Oregon area, you may see me out and about wearing my lighted clothing and jewelry. I wear this as much as possible.
