Man, I feel your pain. I just a new radio scanner last week. I have been checking the tracking like every hour. Unfortunatly with USPS the tracking dosen't always, sometimes your package arrives, adn it still say "Details Submitted Electronically" on the tracking site. :

Just picked up a AOR AR8200 Mk III B unblocked.. Niiiiccceee....
