Trying to buy a 5mW green laser!

Ok so im from the US and want to buy the 5mW green laser (most powerful one you can buy here right?). I was wondering if there is a difference between the different brands? Or should i just buy the cheapest one on ebay?? I want the best bang for my buck but dont wish to spend over $30 USD...Thanks for your help!

Don't buy them from ebay. If you want a good 5mw green and live in the US you should just buy one from the local RadioShack. No shipping charges and you get it fast.

A VERY large amount of ebay green lasers are scams and most of them don't have an IR filter making them too dangerous for general indoor usage and pointing.

The best 5mw green lasers I have found are the ones from Atlas Nova, there on the web and also ebay; ya I know ebay is bad BUT Atlas Nova is not. It's a real company that you can call and talk with on the phone, very nice gentleman that runs it, and his products and service are top notch....just do a search and you'll be all set.
