I don't know if any of you have seen Transformers yet. I just saw it. And I thought it was awesome. The reason I'm posting that I thought it was awesome was that there were Green lasers in the movie. I hope that's not really a spoiler or anything, just thought it was worth mentioning. If you want to see a good movie, and some DPSS green lasers, go see Transformers!

I love Transformers when I was little. I think I liked them before I could talk. I've got an original Optimus Prime sitting in my window, where I keep all my stuff from my childhood that I'd rather not box up, and hide 8-) And Optimus looks amazing! I just wish they would have not done the jerky, not-quite-fast-enough pans, and stuff while the bots were fighting... cuz when each frame that the transformers were in took 38 hours to render... it would have been nice to get clean shots of them... that's my only complaint with the movie, everything else was awesome!

Did you like the use of Lasers SenKat? I can think of 3 different times they showed up. Two sets of greens, and what looked like a 20 W red! ;D

Ya - I think I drove my Wife and Daughter nutso with it...hahahahaha !

i was about to post about the same subject, the green lasers in the movie, but i saw this thread here=) it was a really good movie i thought, ostine liked it too

this is the first movie ive seen with green lasers in it

I must say Transformers was refreshingly new, never expected it to be that good (although it has its flaws, minor nonetheless). I thought it was another horrible action flick but was proved wrong - dead wrong.

There's a good balance in the movie, talking and fighting. I guess that's what constitutes to my liking...

Although I was surprised that you could see the beam in broad daylight - perhaps they fogged the area?
